Q.
How can I commission an instrument?
A.
We do not accept commissions for custom instruments.
You can choose from the instruments that are already made.
However, if you let us know what type of instrument you would like to have, we will contact you when such an instrument becomes available.

Q. Can I come over to your workshop to try an instrument?
A.
Though a meeting can be arranged, we don't have an open door policy. Besides, this would not be very useful anyway. The best way to try an instrument is in a concert hall setting, comparing it to other good instruments and for that, you need to have it on hand for several days. And, since most of our market is all around the country and abroad, it is rarely an option for anybody to just pop in anyway. You will have up to two weeks to try an instrument, when you get it by mail.

Q.
I've heard that some newly made violins might lose their sound within the first 3 years or so.
A.
We have had the opportunity to observe our instruments made as far as 20 years back. They sound only better with time, and when properly handled, they even look as if they were built yesterday.
